With a portfolio that includes partnerships with Nike, Jordan, the NBA, Netflix, and Taco Bell, we are seeking a Director of Brand Experiences to lead our efforts in creating unforgettable, high-impact activations.
As the Director of Brand Experiences, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of major brand activations and events. This role requires a deep understanding of experience design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end activations. You will also play a key role in fostering client relationships, ensuring their vision aligns with the immersive experiences we create.
What You'll Do
- Lead the overall vision and strategy for brand experiences, from conceptual ideation through execution.
- Oversee the design and production of brand activations, experiential campaigns, and events for global brands, leagues, teams, and athletes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, fabrication, operations) to develop innovative concepts that tell compelling brand stories.
- Manage end-to-end execution of events and activations, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and guiding them through the creative and production process.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and production schedules.
- Oversee the fabrication and logistical elements of activations, ensuring all physical builds and experiential elements align with client vision and brand standards.
- Lead the development and management of event staff and vendors, ensuring seamless on-site execution.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate and improve experience outcomes, making data-driven recommendations for future projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, designers, and production specialists to ensure creative and operational excellence.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in brand experiences, event production, experiential marketing, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven experience managing cross-functional teams (creative, production, design, operations).
- Deep knowledge of experience design and project management, with the ability to execute complex, large-scale activations.
- Proven experience managing high-profile clients and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in overseeing the fabrication process, event builds, and logistical planning for large activations.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, turning brand visions into impactful experiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies to both internal teams and clients.
