Director, Client Services | Vancouver

Specializing in branding, digital production, and experiential design, we work with brands like Nike, Jordan, the NBA, Netflix, and Taco Bell. As we continue to expand our global reach, we are seeking a Director, Client Services to lead our client accounts and oversee the delivery of world-class creative campaigns.
As a Director, Client Services, you will lead client relationships and oversee project execution from conception to completion. You’ll work across strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor account teams, and a deep understanding of client needs and project management processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of client projects from initial strategy and creative ideation through execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, communications, and expectations.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multi-phased, multi-channel campaigns for global brands.
- Lead a team of Account Managers and Coordinators, providing mentorship and guidance to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive client presentations and reports, communicating feedback to both internal teams and clients.
- Manage internal task assignments and workback schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Drive high-level client communications and lead both day-to-day relationship management and strategic planning.
- Support new business initiatives by contributing to proposals, pitches, and client onboarding.
- Develop and optimize operational processes to improve project workflows and reporting systems.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in client services, project management, or account management, ideally within an agency setting.
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
- Proven experience managing complex projects across design, digital, experiential, and content creation.
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior-level clients.
- A problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering solutions and driving project success.
- Expertise in managing client relationships and working across cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
