We thrive on creative collaboration and operational excellence, and we’re looking for a Manager, Brand Strategy to lead our brand strategy team to the next level.

As a Brand Strategy Manager at Victory, you’ll be at the forefront of leading campaign planning and strategic brand development across a variety of marketing mediums. You’ll work on shaping brand stories, guiding creative concepts, and providing strategic insights that drive meaningful campaigns. This role requires strong leadership, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful creative outputs.

What You'll Do

  • Build and implement strategic frameworks that guide the development of creative concepts and establish clear measures for success.
  • Lead and develop brand positioning, including overseeing research and insights gathering, and shaping brand articulation to translate strategy into creative deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, account, and project management teams to ideate, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Lead internal and external client presentations, articulating the brand vision and strategy with confidence.
  • Work closely with the creative team to provide direction and feedback, ensuring all branding initiatives are aligned with client goals.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Support new business pitches, proposal development, and project initiation with strategic insights and leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead campaign planning and strategy development across a range of mediums, including experiential, storytelling, and partnership strategies.
  • Experience overseeing research and translating insights into strategic creative direction.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients.
  • Experience managing projects from concept through execution, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
